Extended Abstracts should be submitted by using the "Abstract" link on web site, until April 3rd, 2009. Extended Abstracts submitted via post, fax and e-mail will not be evaluated since they can not be transferred into the system.

Extended Abstracts should be written on the appertaining topic chosen from the "Major Subjects". Its type should be expressed as "oral" or "poster".

Extended Abstracts can be written in English or Turkish. They should not exceed 4 pages including diagrams and tables.

The abstract must be 200 words maximum; written in Turkish and English. Abstracts of international participants will be translated into Turkish by the Technical Secretariat of the Congress.

Abstracts of the accepted presentations will be published in the Congress Abstract Book and the Extended Abstracts will be stored in the Congress CD.

Time assigned for oral presentations is 15 minutes and for the discussion; 5 minutes.

Posters must be approximately 100 cm in lenght and 70 cm in width.
